Erika Hall has been a design consultant for over 2 decades now and is the cofounder of Mule Design Studio where she specializes in helping clients ask the hard questions and work better together to find the answers.
In Just Enough Research, Erika distills her experience into a brief cookbook of research methods. You will learn how to discover your competitive advantages, spot your own blind spots and biases, understand and harness your findings, and also why you should never, ever hold a focus group.
