Business Development Executive

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with design-led teams across startups and enterprises.
  
• Build relationships with design, product, and innovation leaders to understand their needs and challenges.
  
• Collaborate with the leadership team to craft proposals and solutions that align with client goals.
  
• Manage the entire business development cycle — from outreach and discovery to proposal and closure.
  
• Work closely with marketing to refine messaging, collateral, and outreach strategies.
  
• Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline reports through CRM tools.
  
• Represent ownpath Studios at events, communities, and client meetings.

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or client-facing roles — ideally in design, tech, or creative services.
  
• Strong understanding of how agencies, studios, or service-based companies operate.
  
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Comfortable with consultative sales and long-term relationship management.
  
• Self-starter who enjoys autonomy, learning, and working in an evolving environment.
  
• Genuine curiosity about design, creativity, and how businesses build better experiences.
