Role overview:
We are looking for a talented Visual Designer with 4-5 years of experience to join our team.
Responsibilities
Design Leadership: Drive the visual direction and execution of high-impact projects, ensuring user interfaces are both visually engaging and intuitive.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and enhance the product experience.
Creative Problem-Solving: Apply a strong sense of design thinking and innovation to solve complex product challenges with aesthetic and functional precision.
Project Ownership: Take responsibility for end-to-end delivery, managing deadlines and quality independently while mentoring junior team members when needed.
Requirements
Experience: 4-5 years in visual and product design, showcasing a portfolio that demonstrates a strong visual aesthetic, attention to detail, and a history of impactful design work.
Specialised Skill Set: An expert in visual design with proficiency in UX and interaction design, able to develop compelling, cohesive, and scalable design systems.
Autonomous and Proactive: A self-starter who excels in taking initiative, guiding projects independently, and driving high-quality results.
