Role overview:
We are looking for a talented Product Designer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive interactions for product flows and ensure seamless asset handoff to development teams.
- Identify key personas and prioritise features that best serve their needs.
- Eager to launch features, measure their impact, and ask insightful questions to refine the experience.
- Craft clear narratives showing how users interact with the product in real-world scenarios.
- Apply existing research to develop informed, user-centered solutions.
- Interpret product requirements and present multiple design options early on.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in product design, ideally within fintech or finance-related industries.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, with experience building intuitive and trustworthy financial experiences.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining scalable design systems and crafting seamless user flows for digital finance products.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams to deliver a cohesive, high-quality user experience.
- Demonstrated skill in translating complex financial concepts into accessible and engaging designs that prioritise user needs.
