Role overview:‍

The Product Designer plays a crucial role in crafting intuitive, user-friendly designs that simplify recruitment workflows. Collaborating with product managers and engineers, they create impactful solutions that enhance user experiences and drive innovation. This role is key to transforming the hiring process through thoughtful, user-centered design.

Responsibilities

•⁠  ⁠User-Centered Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, ensuring a strong sense of user empathy throughout the design process.
•⁠  ⁠SaaS Platform Design: Contribute to the design and improvement of SaaS products, leveraging prior experience or interest in building scalable platforms.
•⁠  ⁠Wireframes and Prototypes: Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively and iterate based on feedback.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Research and Insights: Participate in user research to gather insights, identify pain points, and create data-informed design solutions that align with user needs.
•⁠  ⁠Long-term Collaboration: Demonstrate a clear intent for long-term engagement by contributing consistently and adapting designs to evolving business goals.

Requirements

•⁠  ⁠2–4 years of design experience, preferably in SaaS or digital product environments.  
•⁠  ⁠A strong sense of user empathy and the ability to balance user needs with business objectives.  
•⁠  ⁠Understanding of basic design principles and UX best practices.  
•⁠  ⁠A portfolio showcasing design work and an intent for growth in the design field.
