Responsibilities

- Design: Transform product requirements into detailed wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and user flows.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive design strategy that aligns with business goals.
- User-Centered Design:
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and enhance design solutions.
- Problem Solving:
Identify design challenges and propose creative, user-centric solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication:
Present design concepts and iterations to team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Documentation:
Maintain thorough documentation of design processes, decisions, and iterations.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in product design, preferably with a focus on digital products.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and a solid understanding of user interface design principles.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively.
  • Team Player: Collaborative spirit and experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality design solutions on time.
