About the client:
The client is a data platform that uses analytics and transparent data to unify patient data across systems and care settings in the healthcare domain.
Role overview:
You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to craft innovative design solutions that align with business objectives and resonate with our customers. You will translate complex business needs into intuitive, user-focused designs while mentoring junior designers and guiding our design principles.
Responsibilities
- Collaborative Design Development:
- Partner with product managers, developers, and designers to develop innovative solutions across multiple projects.
- Define and design interfaces for various devices and platforms.
- Handle end-to-end design for large-scale projects.
- Creating Visuals and Prototypes:
- Develop process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups.
- Conceptualise and communicate detailed interaction behaviors effectively.
- User and Business Alignment:
- Design solutions that address user needs and business goals.
- Translate business requirements into customer-centric designs.
- Driving Product Vision:
- Lead the vision for your solutions alongside product and engineering teams.
- Ensure all products within the ecosystem are cohesive and well-integrated.
- Refining Design Standards:
- Evolve and maintain Design Principles and style guides.
- Provide strong design direction and mentorship to team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of designing for web, mobile, and desktop platforms
- Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field
- 4+ years as a UX designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems
- Strong passion and intuition for detailed interaction design
- Expertise in building modular designs and attention to system-level details
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Strong communication skills, team player, reliable, and adheres to deadlines
