The team is a collaborative, remote-first group dedicated to crafting innovative solutions for B2B products. They prioritise craftsmanship, ownership, and a user-centric approach in their design processes.
**Role overview:**
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a Senior Designer, you will take full ownership of your work, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions. This is a remote role for someone with a passion for the craft and a strong sense of accountability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from discovery to delivery for various projects.
- Conduct user research to identify problems and uncover opportunities for design improvements.
- Collaborate with teams to work with and contribute to our existing design system.
- Present your ideas and design decisions with clarity and confidence.
- Take ownership of your work, ensuring a high level of attention to detail in all aspects.
- Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably with experience designing B2B products.
- Strong generalist skills with expertise across research, interaction, and visual design.
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
- Experience working with design systems and contributing to their evolution.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
