Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Junior Product Designer with strong visual design skills to join our team and contribute to the design of our modern service management platform. This is a hybrid role based out of our Bengaluru office, offering competitive pay and practical benefits for employees and their families.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams: Work closely with senior designers and engineers to contribute to the product roadmap and help prioritise design tasks.
- Present design work: Share your design ideas and solutions with the team and participate in discussions to enhance user experience.
- Contribute to design systems: Help build and maintain scalable design systems and ensure consistency across the platform.
- Refine visual design: Take ownership of visual elements, ensuring high-quality, pixel-perfect designs that enhance the overall user experience.
Requirements
- 1-1.5 years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on visual design.
- Familiarity with designing for B2B SaaS products is a plus.
- A good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
